ï‚· Data collection through secondary and selective primary research
ï‚· Perform analyses on collected information/data
ï‚· Develop a variety of deliverables for Telecom/Technology clients
ï‚· Active participation & contribution in team discussions on project specific areas
ï‚· Manage client communication at an operational/deliverable level
Skill Set Required
ï‚· Ability to use MS Office, Database tools, Evalueserve and Client databases/tools effectively for productive output
ï‚· Ability to display in-depth knowledge in the specific vertical/horizontal domain that the individual is expected to focus on (Telecom, Technology,ICT,TMT)
ï‚· Ability to analyze and synthesize the available data/information and bring out value-added insights in deliverables
ï‚· Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
ï‚· Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
ï‚· Ability to identify pro actively ways to contribute to firms goals & mission
ï‚· Ability to complete task accurately
ï‚· Excellent communication skills and very good interpersonal skills
ï‚· Very good working knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
ï‚· [For SBAs] Manage a small team of Analysts for specific projects
ï‚· [For SBAs] Independently manage smaller projects (or portions of complex projects) including client communication, domain knowledge, complex analysis, overall delivery, etc.
Education and experience
ï‚· Graduates/B.Tech/B.E./MBA from a reputed institute with 3 years to 7 years of relevant domain work experience (Telecom, Research,Technology,ICT,TMT etc.)
ï‚· Experience in offshore service providing companies (especially on Telecom research) will be preferred
Compensation
ï‚· To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry.
