* - Precedent Transaction Analysis
* - Company Profiling (Public/Private)
* - Industry / Benchmarking Analysis
* - Sector Newsletters
* - Library Services
* - Preparation of Pitch Books
* - Valuation Methodologies (SOTP, Relative Valuation, DCF)
* - LBO and IPO analysis
Key skills
* - Sourcing of relevant filings and in-depth understanding of financial statements
* - Preparation, updating and interpretation of company comparables
* - Preparation, updating and interpretation of precedent M&A transactions
* - Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF, SOTP, and relative valuation techniques
* - Specialization in Industrial and Consumer sector with experience in analyzing industry trends and evaluating business dynamics
* - Generating ideas and creating presentations as part of pitch books
* - Good excel skills ( along with MS Word and MS Power Point capabilities)
* - Hands on experience in using financial databases( Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Factiva, FactSet)
