Job Description:

• TV/ print/ outdoor media planning for all campaigns across businesses at the Bank
• Benchmark and negotiate buying deals for all channels/ publications that we advertise on
• Drive processes for MIS and reviews

Competencies to focus on:

• Has worked on strategic and tactical media campaigns.
• Has a know how of the operational elements in executing the campaign.
• Has demonstrated abilities to be a self starter.
• Needs to be able to provide direction and guidance to the media agencies.
• Should be analytical, proficient with numbers. 
  
• Should be able to work with quick turnaround time and scale.
• Should also have strong negotiation and inter personal skills in order to negotiate well with external agencies. 
  
• Strong process orientation due to the need to maintain MIS and regular reviews of competitor activity.

Key Skills required:

• Media Planning & Implementation
• Knowledge of Media purchase on TV/Print/Outdoors
• Proficiency with number crunching & analysis
