How To Install imgseek server on Window 7 32bit

HI

I am a new imgseek user.

I've installed imfseek server version 0.9.3 on the windows 7 32bit

The Problem is

I can't import the image to the database.

there are the log

I have installed python and SOAPpy but the INFO still tell me that "Not listening for SOAP requests. Installing "SOAPpy" python package to enable it."

and when I imported image to the database

there is the log

Directory imported. Total new images: 0

How to slove it?

The Website said that windows user only need to install the file and run.
