Hi,

i was trying isk-daemon on booth my ubuntu 32 bit and gentoo 64 bit
box. it was messing around with me with the well known " Warning:
Unable to load the C++ extension "imgdb.so(pyd)" module." error.
i checked booth the instrucions and the faq, even the mail group,
tryed out every possible solution without any success.
then i figured out that in the build-python.py script the python_dir
path pointed to "/usr/include/python". in booth cases ( ubuntu and
gentoo ) this was wrong, it has to point to "/usr/include/python2.5".
i know its more then obvious, because a little comment on top of this
line says ".. should point to the directory where Python header..."
but it took me several hours messing around before finding this. the
script is not complaining about a wrong path - therefore i did not
check the build script itself.

i suggest to include a little checkup before compiling. otherwise, the
imgdb.so compiles, but is just junk, and no warning/error message
occurs.

regards otty

Thanks, I've created a bug at [1] and will get around to it
eventually. Patches are welcomed though.
