Show up Pictures in new Tab under a Piturelink?

Some times ago i used a tool with a "4chan-smilie", dont know the name (imgurl?...) wo shows up pictures linked by a normal http-adress or other formats. If u search "index of/" picture...you find sites wo are only, an full of Picturelinks, like

Is it possible to load the pics in a one-shot in a new tab? Because i cant find the other Addon

Actually...solved because in some Google GUI and Tabs like Picturesearch, (with the bar on right side)...i cant use this tool correctly

Not sure I follow what the problem is here but it would sound like img2tab would support the use case.
