The conference is being inaugurated by Shir K Babu, Hon’ble Minister of Fisheries, Ports and Excise, Government of Kerala at 9:30 am.

A formal invitation is attached which details the Programme for the Day and the list of esteemed Speakers who would be speaking at this Summit.
