Subject: Annual General Meeting for the period 2010-11

As some members of the IME(I), Cochin Branch have expressed their
displeasure for not having received enough notice period for the
conduct of Annual General Meeting scheduled for 9th July 2011  it has
been decided to reshedule the Meeting to  29th July 2011 at 6.30 PM at
the A/c Auditorium, Merchant Navy Club, Willingdon Island, Kochi -3.
The meeting will be followed by dinner for the members and thier
families.

Your presence is kindly solicited.
