Hi everyone,

after thorough testing the Facebook parser is now integrated into iMedia 3's master branch (version 3.1.0). This merge also includes some architectual extensions that go with it - specifically regarding access view controllers. The latest commit that goes without these changes is tagged v3.0.7.

Be aware that the Facebook parser will be unavailable on systems running OS X 10.6 or down.

Version 3.1.0 is already used in production by at least one host application I know of.

Find attached an appetizer.

Regards, Jörg.

Looks cool! I don't use Facebook so I don't have any way to try it out though … :-)

If only there were some free way to make a Facebook account ...

:)

Jörg thanks for doing this work, I am hoping to incorporate it into the next big update to MarsEdit.

And then, make a bunch of other free accounts, each with photos of fake friends, and then link them together...

:-)

Exactly ;) But if there is one thing I learned with this it is that it's an absolute must to test with a big data account.
