Join us this Thursday at 6:00 PM @ First Thursdays on Main Street as we enjoy our “BORICUA VIBE –sounds & music from Puerto Rico” performed by Alice Rodriguez and Matt Falter. This performance is based on a Bomba Puertoriqueña and will be heavy on drums and bass. Alice and Matt will take us in a musical journey through traditional Boricua sounds.

Also, local artists Elyssa Dougherty will complete an openwork textile piece inspired by the music and feelings of our BORICUA VIBE! Come and enjoy Latino culture –and put on your dancing shoes!

Palmetto Luna Arts will be setting up in front of Anastasia & Friends Arts Gallery, 1534 Main St, Columbia, South Carolina, 29201. Our mission is to foster an understanding of the Hispanic/Latino culture by promoting artistic creation and providing opportunities for cultural expression for the community in South Carolina.
