Problem in running TOPO software

Hi All,

I am trying to install TOPO and run it through my XOP package. I have downloaded the zipped file from RXO's website. And followed all the steps as suggested in the installation guide document. But I am not able to load TOPO extension to XOP. I followed the same procedure to load IMD and able to run it. Do any one else faced same problem? Please suggest me the way to run TOPT. I have tried on windows 2007 and windows 10.1 systems.
