After using the program the other day with no problems, I keep getting an error message that says "The following error was encountered: Array subscript for LAYER_F1F2 (IMD_PARS) must have same size as source expression. Please consult the supplier of the application." When I click on the OK button the program terminates. I am not sure what I am doing today that is different from the other day.

I am running it as an extension to XOP(2.3) on win7 64 bit.

(Thought I had posted a reply to this a day ago, but somehow it's not showing up....trying again:)

This might be due to a bug I already know about and am working to fix. Assuming the problem is repeatable, can you please check if you can solve the problem by manually reloading optical constants (Materials/Optical Constants -> Reload optical constants) just before the point at which you see this error?

For a morning the problem was very repeatable. The next day I didn't see that problem any more, but I started seeing a different problem. When I try to calculate a fit I get an error after one iteration "PLOT: Not enough valid and unique points specified." This is a data set that I had successfully fit earlier (success meaning I got a fitted curve out). At least it doesn't crash on me

Thank you for your help.

Jonathan
