Why are we losing old IMCI members?

I wish to seek the following information from the central leadership of IMCI:
1. How many IMCI members have left IMCI during the last 5 years? To trigger your memory, I have recently understood that Dr. Anita Madhok who led IMCI and also ICMCI has even chosen not to be the member of IMCI any longer. There are many more names too. This is a shocking and shameful reflection on the way affairs of IMCI are being conducted.
2. How many IMCI members have not paid their dues during the last 2-3 years although not formally resigned?
3. How do you justify the ROI for each member on the membership fee that each member has paid so far?
4. How do you plan to lead IMCI by continuing to remain silent on the democratic voices being raised by the members and instead penalizing the select few through your autocratic and vindictive actions?
5. How do you justify your presence as central leadership in India by keeping the chapters dis-satisfied and getting elected by playing the musical chair of holding positions on the basis of voting power of Mumbai based members?
