Dear All   Thank you for your kind presence at the first Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Imayam Foundation held yesterday 27th December 2011 in CBC Building.   I am glad to furnish the minutes of the meeting for your kind memory..   1. All income and expenses were announced and balance put forward. A copy of all records have been attached in this mail. 2. An Executive Committee (EC) with a group of 10 members has been formed to work for the identification of needy and eligible people and decide and sanction funds needed by them. The life of this Executive Committee is one year and the members may continue further on approval of all members in AGM. New members may also be added to replace non active Members. EC members should attend a meeting once each month without fail on a convenient date between the 25th and 30th. 3. Everyone has been requested to take part in adding new members to the foundation. Each member has to introduce 3 new members within next AGM, thereby increasing our group strength to 130 and generating revenue for more activities. 4. It is decided to allocate funds to the extent of RS.5000 per month to Nizhal Maiyam in Coimbatore, an organization which is providing food for 479 orphans and beggars. 5. It is decided to take up maintenance of one of Green and Clean's tractors to water the saplings planted for a trial period of 3 months. 6. Next AGM to be held in one year on. 19.10.2011 7. Next General Body Meeting to be held in the month of May at Vedanthri Mission Trust located in Aliyar on a Sunday with members and their family, date to be announced later on.     Thanks & Regds   S.Surendhar  Imayam Foundation
