The Street Skills Clinic provides rider education at real world speed. Developed for riders of all levels. Street riders can improve their fundamentals and safe riding techniques with and without passengers. Topics include: General Safe Riding Procedures; Vision and Perception on the road; Smooth Cornering at speed, including braking and shifting techniques; Body position for solo and two riders. Street skills training offers real-world speed scenarios with eight dedicated classroom sessions-- six on-track and two off-track lessons and drills. Passengers will be on track in the afternoon and participate in the off track drills as well.
This is a "first-touch" experience/familiarization with a motorcycle and is not intended to teach an individual to ride a motorcycle. This experiential course is approximately 90 minutes in length and helps potential riders make the decision about whether motorcycling is for them.

The BRC is the starting place for a novice rider or someone that has not been through any training to learn the basic fundamentals of operating a motorcycle safely. Motorcycles are provided. This IS a licensing course.
The 3WRC is for riders interested in learning to ride a 3 Wheel motorcycle. This course includes trikes, sidecars and Can AM Spyders. Riders will experience the proper way to corner and more on three wheels. Bring your own approved vehicle or use a provided one. This IS a licensing course.
The ARC is for experienced riders with at least 3,000 miles of riding experience and a desire to learn to maximize mid-corner traction and ground clearance to improve street safety. Riders bring their own motorcycle and protective gear. This is NOT a licensing course.

Door-to-door service requires vehicle operators to provide assistance to and from the vehicle and the door of the establishment, if needed by the rider, following established policies. However, the operator does not assume the role of a personal care attendant (PCA). For example, an operator cannot wait with a rider at the destination. If door-to-door service is needed, it is recommended but not required that TheHandi-Van be informed at the time ride reservations are made.TheHandi-Van is not a taxi and there will be other riders in the vehicle. Also, TheHandi-Van does not provide ambulance or emergency type service. If you require emergency services, please call 911.
Collin County Transit is a rider assistance program for eligible riders that offers efficient transit options for participating McKinney Urban Transit District (MUTD) service-area cities. This service is for qualified residents of the MUTD service-area cities that are 65 or over, have a certified disability, or live in a low-income household. Enrollment is required.
