3 years' experience in a Customer Service management/supervisory experience environment within the utilities sector or a relevant industrial sector.
Some prior experience of working with a team of third party contractor personnel.
CORPORATE PERFORMANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
JRE12440 – Manager (Corporate Perform. & Risk Mngt.)
University degree in a commercial or engineering discipline.
MBA from an internationally-recognised business school preferred.
Attendance on relevant functionally-related post-graduate programs covering such areas as strategic planning, joint venture alliances, international management and new business development.
10 years in a commercial environment within the utilities sector or a relevant industrial sector.
5 years' experience in a performance measurement or business development management position within the utilities sector or a relevant industrial sector.
5 years' management/supervisory experience.
Experience of deploying balanced scorecard methodologies within the utilities sector.
JRE12441 – Specialist (Risk Management)
University degree in a business administration or a commercial discipline.
MBA from an internationally-recognised business school preferred.
Attendance on relevant functionally-related post-graduate programs covering such areas as risk management/loss control philosophy/theory, insurance management and strategic planning.
8 years in a commercial environment within the utilities sector or a relevant industrial sector.
5 years' experience in a risk management position within the utilities sector or a relevant industrial sector.
Experience of identifying company insurance requirements.
