Staff Selection Commission invites online and offline applications for the following posts through a Combined Higher Secondary Level  Examination 2010 :
  • Data Entry Operators Qualification : 12th pass, Age : 18-27,  Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 grade pay Rs.2400
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Qualification : 12th pass, Age : 18-27, Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 grade pay Rs.1900

Selection by :  Selection is on the basis of a single tier examination on 31/10/2010 with two stage i.e. written examination (Multiple Choice Objective Type) and skill test in data entry/typing on computer at prescribed speed (which will be qualifying in nature). -Ensuring Generation of Engineering Deliverables including RFQ’s , MTO’s , Technical Bid Evaluations, incorporation of vendor data etc. Weekly Progress Reports , Department Schedule, integrating Engineering plan in an integrated Project Planning schedule. 

-Debottlenecking Engineering Deliverables , Provide technical support /coordinate with vendors /yard for execution and precommissioning and commissioning activities. 

-Familiarity with relevant API, ASME, DNV, and other codes applicable to offshore Oil and Gas facilities.

Bulk Plant Operators (26 slots)
 


1.        Performs Asphalt top loading operations. 
2.        
Performs or assists in the start-up or shut-down of assigned bulk plant product loading and unloading equipment according to approved OIM procedures.

5.        Responds, according to established procedures, to product spills, fire and other emergencies that may arise during performance of all loading and unloading operations.

7.        Cooperates with maintenance personnel by locating and demonstrating discrepancies and inspects maintenance work as assigned.
 
8.        Performs bulk plant housekeeping duties as necessary and ensures that safe operating practices are adhered to at all times.
 
9.        Takes and tests product samples, as required.
 
10.        Issues and logs seals and maintains seal security.
 
11.        Works with the contractor/driver to ensure trucks/tankers are properly inspected and meet company fueling standards.

Minimum Requirements:
 
 
Completion of engineering degree with three (3) years operating experience with proven ability to operate bulk plant equipment of low complexity.  
Or  Completion of technical vocational courses with five (5) years work experience with proven ability to operate bulk plant equipment of lox complexity.  Completion of Bulk Plant Operator Course is an advantage. 
 
Good understanding of bulk plant layout and the processes involved in the loading and unloading of refined petroleum products.  Must be flexible to work shifts and be rotated through Bulk Plants in other areas.  Those with Power Plant experience can also be considered but not priority. 
 
 
Estimating Engineer (GC 13 or 14)
 
BS Degree in Engineering. Minimum 12 years estimating experience including at least 6 years devoted to offshore production and subsea pipelines.

Must be familiar with construction practices, materials and equipment

Scheduling Engineer (GC 13 or 14)

BS Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.  Minimum 12 years planning & scheduling experience including at least 6 years devoted to offshore production and subsea pipelines. Should be expert with Primavera software

Construction Superintendents (GC 13 or 14) - All disciplines (Mechanical, 
Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
• Tertiary Degree/ Diploma in Food or Dairy Science preferred 
• Should have a Sales background at a similar level with previous Dairy and/or Juices Industry experience, preferably in the Gulf 
• 10 years + relevant experience 
• At least 5 years in a Management position 
• Open to all nationalities with the right experience including Westerners looking to relocate to tax free Saudi 
• Must have experience working within a Dairy/ Juice/ Short Shelf Life FMCG or Food background 
• Fluent English speakers 
KEY SKILLS 
• People Management Skills: conflict management, interpersonal skills, motivational skills, training, coaching & mentoring skills 
• Managerial / Supervisory Skills: able to plan, lead, organize and control quality control activities 
• Supply Chain Management Knowledge: understand the principles and philosophy of Supply Chain Management 
• Accuracy: must be able to understand and follow methodology to produce accurate results 
• Analytical: must be able to interpret analysis results and quality information 
• Decisiveness: must be able to make decisions based on available information 
BENEFITS 
• Basic Salary up to 18k SAR per month depending on experience (Up to £40k GBP TAX FREE per annum/ $60k USD per annum) + Benefits 
• Salary will depend on experience levels and may be increased depending on experience 

Benefits Package will include: 
• Housing allowances (equal to 2 months base salary for Single and 3 months for family) 
• Transportation: Fully maintained company car or monthly allowances 
• Bonus: Up to 3 months base salary, based on performance 
• Medical Insurance: covered under company policy 
• Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave at the end of contract 
• Tickets: Return trip ticket to home country at the end of contract 
• Possibility of Relocation allowances equal to 1 month base salary for candidates deployed from outside KSA. SR 5,000 fixed amount for candidates relocating within KSA 
• Schooling Tuition: 50% of actual fees covered by the company for Children enrolled in schools in KSA. (Valid for family status only)

In the role, you will manage daily fleet operational, organisational and planning requirements, putting in place Control Systems and Planned Maintenance Systems.

Overseeing the Marine and Engineering Superintendents, you will manage the Fleet and Technical requirements, ensuring that vessels are maintained and operated to:
* Contract & Client Terms
* International Marine Standards
* Statutory and Regulatory Requirements
* Company POlicies & Procedures
* QHSE & IMS Requirements
* Best Fleet Management Practices.

You will be experienced within a similar role, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of marine technical and management experience. You will be a qualified Marine Chief Engineer (STCW Unlimited) with proactive management experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, and be financially and commercially aware.
