This week's imaging events are...
Title: Resource Compilation Committee Meeting
When: Tue, July 5, 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Where: JHMI: BRB 3rd floor Cafeteria (Daily Grind)
Organization: Hopkins Imaging Initiative
Description: The main goal of the Resource Compilation Committee is to gather resources and information, from both current members and alumni of the Hopkins community. By working on the Compilation Committee and submitting information to the database, you can showcase your own lab at Hopkins, which will be advertised as our members navigate through the resources provided by the HII. Just to give you an overview of the upcoming meeting, some of our primary tasks include: (1) Compiling and showcasing imaging labs/facilities at Hopkins (in collaboration with the Professional Interests Committee on the Alumni database) (2) Compiling a list of available imaging resources/software at Hopkins (3) Gathering information on available projects etc. Our plan for the first meeting is to select a few primary tasks and to assign people to work on them.

Organization: Hopkins Imaging Initiative
Description: The Lectures Committee has several exciting projects in line, and would love your input, participation and leadership. There are several potential projects, which range from lunch series with big names to imaging competitions/game-show-style challenges, to volunteer sessions for the community. None of this would happen without your help, so if any of these projects pique your interest, or if you have a new idea you’d like to come to fruition, please come to the meeting.
