Welcome to the first issue of the BSI e-Newsletter. This newsletter will be
distributed quarterly to share some of the BSi community's highlights and
accomplishments.  Please see attached.



A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 27th, 2011, to celebrate the
life of John W. "Jack" Griffin, M.D. The memorial service will begin at 4:30
p.m. in Hurd Hall, and a reception will follow in the Lobby of the Phipps
Building. Edward D. Miller, M.D., Dean and CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine,
along with other colleagues and friends, will pay tribute to Jack.  All are
welcome to attend.
