Just in case you didn't read the memo on Facebook:

Hi everyone,
Since Diana and I will be out tomorrow, I have decided to have Helen run tomorrows meeting.
Helen will help me relay this message to you all if you did not get a chance to read it.

Todays workshop will not include much instruction and i encourage you all to just make something nice for yourselves.

*Id like each eboard member to learn one persons name that they did know last week. (I will be asking about this next week) I expect that everything will go in an orderly fashion and you will all be enthusiastic and helpful to all members.

The bake sale went well. In the end, we had close to 100 dollars. We sold 24 cupcakes and 23 pocky/marshmallow bags. The fudge was delicious. We gave them as a freebie to those who bought 3+ cupcakes, and ICW members. Kaimi can tell you the exact numbers in terms of revenue. Those who have purchased items, give the receipt to Kaimi Huang.

I just want you all to know that although we go through some issues, there is never a time when you can't learn from your mistakes.

***Next week I would like for us to spend some time bonding. I am considering moving next weeks workshop further. (I will speak to our guest host, Gregg) May Choi I will text you if we decide to change it. You can then, edit the event and post that we have moved the date. Helen Li email.
Next week:
I would like to add more to our banner and I would also like to discuss t shirt designs that day. Also! I wanted us to start a giant pinata (that I might keep somewhere secret) we will break it open another day maybe all star bazarr. So this will be our day. (we will meet at regular times and end at 7 if we must. Move into rooms accordingly. I can go more into detail about this probably Sunday.
Tell me Helen what you think about this.
Katherine Santos please update lockers as soon as possible after each event/fundraiser. Suggest things we need to keep it organized. If you would like it kept a certain way, let us know and I will assign a locker / item category to every two people.
Vincent Tsang how does our website look?
Denise Chen make a lanyard flyer for Gregg with no date specified. Leave room for date. Include photos of lanyard (Google image of GIMP) and one flattering photo of Gregg that I will message to you.

Final announcement: there is a meeting every week unless otherwise stated. If I am not there, Helen will lead the meeting. Everyone is expected to be at the meeting and at the workshop tending to the members. Be enthusiastic. If there is an outstanding reason as to why you cannot make it to the meeting/workshop, contact me or helen ASAP.
Remember, we are a team with a common goal in mind. If we do not all contribute with eager, what does our club represent?

We have come a long way since last semester. This semester will be better and only continue to get better. Let's all try our best.
