Project in OpenCV

I am making a project of my university in OpenCv. I need finish this
in 2 month and I am not able to do that. I really need a help.
What I need? A programmer who know program in C and OpenCV. I really
need help of people who have good experience in programing with
OpenCV. And can help me in program engineer. All I need is a second
people to give-me advices and do same codes part.
I can paid for this. I can pay money or give a very better gift (or
both). I give you a normal 250 Gb HD with a kit that you can use the
USB interface, like a pen drive. Inside this is the most special. Do
you know the site www.pdfchm.net ? I download the site! The site has
now 18.720 books (majority, like 95% is about Science Computer) and
you will receive a offline version of it. It´s now a 242Gb
uncompressed.
