Hi everybody,

surfing the hierarchy I noticed that the "walrus" entry contains
mainly images of sea horses, because the word net entry of
walrus has "sea horse" as a synonym. Are such systematic
mistakes fixable?

Best,
Christoph

The short answer is yes for an isolated case such as you describe, but
this type of difficulty is common when dealing with language, even
somewhat careful language like that in WordNet.

Hello,
Just to give another example of such mistakes, there is a similar
problem with the synset:
SID-03903133-N { peavey , peavy , cant_dog , dog_hook a} a stout lever
with a sharp spike; used for handling logs
populated with "guitar" and "amplifier" of the "peavy" trademark.

best regards,
