Hi,

To understand your request, what will this "Default directory" do?

Ability to set default directory of images in General Settings would be helpful. Thank you.

What you can do right now is create a desktop shortcut for ImageGlass, then modify its properties to add your desired "default directory". When you double-click the shortcut, ImageGlass will run and show images from that folder.

E.g. assuming your default directory is "E:\My pictures", you can set up your desktop shortcut like so:

Capture.PNG

I was going to come on here and suggest the same feature! I want ImageGlass to always open to my Screenshots folder. Your shortcut suggestion worked! Unfortunately, a desktop shortcut is not a very convenient place, and I put all my aps on my start menu. For now I just set up a hotkey to launch the shortcut that exists on my desktop.

Glad that helped! I'm unclear on the process, but can't shortcuts be added to the Start Menu?
