I'd love to hack some smooth feaatures:

- borderless view mode. Like Picasa Image Viewer was. like that https://youtu.be/yK3THkTxtCA?t=80 (skip to 1:20)

- open/close animation with nice easeOutExpo

- transparency support with checkerboard (like Photoshop)

However, I try to keep balance between performance and UI/UX. Because ImageGlass is built on .NET Windows Form, the animations will take more CPU resource and impact to performance. So I just keep the simpliest UI :)
