Cannot change application for image editing for a single file extension

Hi, I'm trying to set application for image editing for a single file extension, but no matter what file extension I select, the edit button stay gray.

I can edit all extensions at once but this is not what I want.

Can you update to the latest version?

or you can try the Moon version at https://imageglass.org/moon

I already have the latest version.

I tried the moon version and the Edit button works there.
