Bug/issue preventing ImageGlass from opening until next Windows restart

I'm using Version: 7.0.7.26 [Portable] on Windows 10

I think this may be an issue with Windows rather than an ImageGlass bug.  I've had a couple of instances where Imageglass would completely fail to open my next system restart. Basically after repeatedly opening and closing Imageglass enough times, it will cease to open at all (I'm not sure what's triggering it).  Clicking the executable does nothing and no indication is given about whether an error occurred.  

I was thinking the problem could be some component of Imageglass failing to close properly.  But nothing stood out when I looked through what running in task manager.

Do you have any ideas?  Next time I encounter the issue, is there a fix I could try other than restarting Windows?
