Toolbar not displaying icon when standard users

Hello Phap!

Thanks a lot for this free tool, you put a lot of effort into it, fair play to you!

I'm looking to rollout ImageGlass 5.5.7.26 to our multi-users environment, it uses Windows Server 2016 with latest Windows patch, CU 1812.

As a standard user, as you can see below, the toolbar doesn't display the icon, the buttons still work.

As a local administrator on the same machine, the icons are displayed, see below.

Hi Julien!

I cannot see your screenshots, but this may be because: 

- the user doesn't have permission to access the Themes folder, or

- the Theme path in settings (Registry / igconfig.xml) doesn't exist

Btw, I am going to release ImageGlass 6.0 in this December end with startup & performance improvement.

The settings storage in Installer also changed, use igconfig.xml file instead of registry. 

Languages and Themes folder will locate in one place, this helps user keeps the same experience when deploy/copy to other machines.
