Pinch to zoom

Hi.

Is this feature planned for future updates?

*To me* it seems absolutely counter-intuitive to scroll-to-zoom when every device on this planet uses pinch-to-zoom. I suppose there's a reason for this design decision, and that's OK, but I would like to know wether this feature is planned or not so I can decide what program to use.

PS: Yes, I know there's a "magical workaround" related to zoom wheel... but then I lose zoom wheel customization options.
