Hi, yue -

I'm afraid that neither Phap nor I can read the dialog box. ImageGlass 7 requires the .NET Framework 4.7.1 or later to run. You can get it from here

If installing that first doesn't solve your problem, then please let us know, and provide some more details: which version of Windows, the text of the dialog box (not an image), etc.

Hoping we can get you up and running...
