Scale image and window to actual image size (or to fit if too big) by default

hi, so, I asked for this on a github forum a while back and so did another, I was hoping posting here might help too. Basically, i'd like an option for all images to  open at the resolution that they are by default, and for the window to be the same size too (so no empty space), I've seen it on at least one other image program and it's incredibly useful
