Hi

I'd like to use paint.net as my default editor in ImageGlass (v. 8.7.11.6). Unfortunately, you can't select the executable if paint.net was installed via the Microsoft store. Another possibility is to use the "paintdotnet:" protocol. With this, you can open images directly via the command line using: paintdotnet:"F:\Path\picture.png"

Hence, I tried to set the App path in ImageGlass to "paintdotnet:". Now, paint.net will open but without the image. Is there any way to set paint.net as editor if it was installed via the MS store?

Thank you.

If you cannot use protocol, you can use Task Manager to find the location of the "paintdotnet.exe":

Thank you.

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough: I know where the executable of paint.net is, but you can't really use it because of limited execution rights (explained here).
