New Version 5.0 doesn't retain window position

Hi, I tried the new version this morning and it won't retain window position.  Every time I close and open a new image, it moves to the middle of  my screen.  I uninstalled and reinstalled to no difference. Also when I view the about window it says I am using the portable version.  I uninstalled and made sure I installed the installer version not the portable but it always says portable version.

I did a clean install of IG (no previous version) on Windows 7. I did not get the portable version. Did you have a previous version installed?

I can confirm I am also seeing windows position problems. IG is certainly saving the windows position, but on restart it is not using it!  IG does seem to be using the width/height though ?!?

I'm getting the same position behavior from the portable version. The size info is used, but not the location.

OK, I've found the position problem and let Phap know about the fix.

I'm still puzzled about the 'Portable' problem. Another possibility for why using the installer version would think you are in 'Portable' mode is that you are logged in as Administrator on your system.

Thanks, I will wait for the fix so I can upgrade to the new version.  Yes I am logged in on a domain with administrator rights.
