If you haven't registered for Wednesday's meeting yet, there is still time. We have an exciting program planned and hope to have a good turnout. We only have 11 folks registered so far (thanks so much to those who have registered) and we really need at least 10 more, so if you can get away for lunch on Wednesday, please join us.

Thanks to all who were able to join us today for a fantastic program. We learned a great deal about the changes in retirement plans taking place under the SECURE Act. Susan Diehl was a great speaker with a vast amount of experience and information to share. She will be making the slides available through our member Hazel Brazell, so let me know if you would like a copy.

But first we heard from Susan Shumpert, Child Life Specialist with the Children's Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders at Prisma Health Children's Hospital. Our chapter is partnering with the Children's Center again to support the Children's Toy Box. We will be gathering donations of items on the attached list, along with contributions by check, over the next three months to present to Susan at our meeting on December 18.

We need volunteers from our chapter that can be a drop off point for members to bring their items or checks. If you are able to help, please let me know as soon as possible so I can get the word out. Of course, you are welcome to bring items to the November and December meetings as well.
