About the event: Hear from a diverse group of distinguished experts from across the nation as they discuss the most crucial topics facing law enforcement today. Learn how law enforcement and oversight groups are navigating through a series of crises - what methods have succeeded, and what has been learned from failures. The panels will be discussing how the trust gap between law enforcement and the community can be mended, as well as the role of the media in the responsible and ethical reporting of police interactions with the public such as officer involved shootings.
Current challenges will be addressed including:
