[iOS] Not install IMA SDK 3.8.2

Hi,

I saw release history

https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/ios/v3/history

=> The latest version is 3.8.2?

But I don't install it for my project, just only install version 3.8.1

COCOAPODS:

pod 'GoogleAds-IMA-iOS-SDK', '3.8.2'

Error:

[!] CocoaPods could not find compatible versions for pod "GoogleAds-IMA-iOS-SDK":

  In Podfile:

    GoogleAds-IMA-iOS-SDK (= 3.8.2)

None of your spec sources contain a spec satisfying the dependency: `GoogleAds-IMA-iOS-SDK (= 3.8.2)`.

You have either:

 * out-of-date source repos which you can update with `pod repo update` or with `pod install --repo-update`.

 * mistyped the name or version.

 * not added the source repo that hosts the Podspec to your Podfile.

Note: as of CocoaPods 1.0, `pod repo update` does not happen on `pod install` by default.

Note: My cocoapods version is 1.6.1

My Pod.file Has just only pod 'GoogleAds-IMA-iOS-SDK', '3.8.2'
