App desugaring requirement on IMA SDK for Android

Hello.

I found that latest version(3.37.0) of IMA SDK for Android requires App Desugaring feature.

But, AFAIK, app desugaring feature can make various errors on apps.

Especially, app can have dependencies with several external libraries, and it is hard to fix or add workaround for them when app desugaring feature is enabled.

Recently, Androidx and GMS team added desugaring requirement for their libraries.

But they discarded desugaring requirement like this.

Please consider remove Desugaring requirement on IMA SDK for Android, too.

Hi, 

Please note that as per the 3.37.0 release notes: "Adds app desugaring as a requirement for apps integrating the IMA SDK. Apps without desugaring enabled won't build with the current or future IMA versions. To enable app desugaring, see Add the IMA SDK to your project." This is a requirement if you want to use IMA SDK Version v3.37.0. I don't see this requirement being removed yet.
