Questions about GDPR compliance and Google IMA

Hi IMA team,

As you know Europe is tightening its privacy laws with the GDRP. I know Google is putting a lot of effort to be GDPR compliant but a couple of questions came up with some of our customers, that are specific to using the Google IMA (more specifically the HTML5 IMA SDK). 

- Does the HTML5 IMA SDK use cookies?

- Does the HTML5 IMA SDK collect personal data like IP addresses?

- Are there any specific steps that need to be taken in order to be GDPR compliant while using the HTML5 IMA SDK on a website?
