[IMA SDK for HTML5] Missing videoAdUiAttribution class on web desktop version

Hello, We are developing a video player web application using the IMA SDK in a mobile and desktop adaptive UI.

When we implemented it in mobile size, everything went according to expectations. There is Count down Ad label and Learn More button.

But, when we implement same configuration in desktop, there is something different happened. Learn more button and ad countdown label disappear.

We've figured out why the learn more button isn't showing on the desktop view based on the explanation here. But we still don't understand why on the desktop display in our case, the ad count down label doesn't appear. Is there any way we can make the ima-sdk-frame html on the desktop version work like it does on the mobile version? Thank you

note: we use jwplayer, with portrait orientation. in the mobile version, the height and width of the video are 100% of the size of the client device. whereas in the desktop version, the player height is 80vh and the player width is 30vw.

For us to have better understanding of your concern, can you confirm if this issue is reproducible on one of our samples and if you've already compared your implementation with said sample? If yes, but the issue still persists, kindly provide the following:

• Sample app, if you are unable to provide this, you can instead share a modified sample app based on your use-case 
• Screen recording ( Mirroring the steps to reproduce the issue)
