Hi Ed,

There has been a recent fixed released regarding Ads cannot be requested because the ad container is not attached to the view hierarchy. The Version 3.14.4 should contain a fix for this issue. Please let us know if this is what you are encountering and if you are still able to reproduce this issue with version 3.14.4. If so, please include the steps to reproduce the issue.
