Android 4.2.2 webview

Hello we just tested "https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/html5/vastinspector?hl=vi" with google sample tag on android 4.2.2 webview.

We see black window and ad is not starting, custom ad tag its not used, we saw that if video tag is created automatic, video will not autoplay even with muted attribute.

Apologies as I am having trouble understanding your concern. Could you confirm if you are trying to implement the IMA HTML5 SDK inside a WebView element for Android, and that the VSI is not working inside the WebView? Or are you saying that, using the VSI, ads are not showing on your end from an Android 4.2.2 device?

We train to implement IMA HTML5 SDK inside a WebView, and ad is not is not playing we got timeout error, because video tag is not start playing inside WebView

I'm seeing the same behavior when I load our Video Suite Inspector in a WebView on that Android version. I'm going to share this with the appropriate team members to investigate further. I'll let you know as soon as I have an update. However, I should note that if you're developing for Android you should use our native Android SDK. WebViews should only be used with IMA to load a webpage, like in a browser.

Please let me know if there's anything else you need.
