IMA HTML5 SDK stopped working on very old browser versions

Hello, 

with version 3.655.0 IMA HTML5 SDK stopped working on very old browser versions. We investigated the issue and error is caused by unsupported "document.elementsFromPoint" method. 

This issue has significant impact on us, because old browsers represent majority of our traffic.

Hello,

we are facing the same problem. With the update from 3.653 to 3.655 our automated tests started failing on older Tizen and WebOS devices (Tizen 2.4 from 2016 and WebOs 38.0.2125 from 2016 and 2017).

Our investigation also lead to `document.elementsFromPoint` being the point of failure and we also verified the failure on IE11 (via browserstack).

Sadly we can't even polyfill this function since the bridge3.655.0_en.html runs in it's own context.
