VPAID with IMA not playing video on iOS, just playing sound

Hey everybody.

We are using the IMA JS with a Sizmek VPAID, but when we try to run it on iOS (Safari), the video is not appearing, just sound. However, running the same page on a desktop (any browser) it runs both (video and sound).

This is the URL with our JS running the IMA and Sizmek VPAID:

Any idea why could this be happening?

Hello Michael,

First of all, thanks for you reply, we work in the same team.

This campaign ends on 24/06 so we have short time to fix it, are you able to test it on the link Clauber just sent? I believe it's ideal so you can debug inside the way we implemented it.

iOS: clicking on Watch to Connect, the video starts but no image and just sound.
Android: the play is not parsed correctly and can't start the video.
Web (any OS and Browser): works perfectly.

Hi Fábio,

I work with Michael. I tested your website on an Android emulator and iOS simulator, your website didn't show correctly, yet your tag worked in our video suite inspector and in our IMA HTML5 SDK Advanced Demo, I can only suggest you match your SDK integration to the Advanced Demo to see how you are integrating the IMA SDK differently.
