How to create VPAID tags in google ad manager?

Hi all.

I am a newbie to Google Ad Manager , I want to create VPAID tag, 

So far here is what I have tried

1. I have created a video player using https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/html5

    here is my player  with VAST TAG : https://wp-iframe.videomill.co/

    Note VAST tag is working perfectly as I want.

2. Now I want to create VPAID tag

      

      I tried to follow a few available docs from google

   a) I created VPAID creative using a google web designer studio as per docs instructed

Now: How do I create VPAID tag using the html5 creative I provided above in Google ad manager?  can someone please help me?

maybe you can provide me a tutorial or guidence on how to create vpaid, i tried to find on google but unfortunatelly I wa not able to to find a single tutorial on this :(
