Latest version of IMA iOS SDK is not available via Cocoapods

Hi!

I found an information on IMA SDK for iOS webpage about new release of this SDK - 3.12.0.

Documentation on this page https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/ios/client-side says again that latest version is 3.12.0

But when you try to run pod update or pod install --repo-update you will fail with error. Latest version in Cocoapods repo is still 3.11.4

    GoogleAds-IMA-iOS-SDK (~> 3.12.0)

None of your spec sources contain a spec satisfying the dependency: `GoogleAds-IMA-iOS-SDK (~> 3.12.0)`.

You have either:

 * mistyped the name or version.

 * not added the source repo that hosts the Podspec to your Podfile.
