[HTML5] Ads don't show up on some mobile devices.

Hi, 

I use Videogular 2 and its ima-ads plugin here (https://videogular.github.io/videogular2/modules/ima-ads/) for implementing Google IMA ads for my Ionic 2 project. But on some devices ads don't show up and this error logs out. (Devices: Iphone 5 and Iphone 7) Also, for all devices ads show up for 3 or 4 request and after that it starts to give the same error and doesn't display any ads. Is it because of the problem about plugin or do i miss something for proper initialization? And, also the same problem shows up for other Cordova developer who uses Flowplayer plugin (here you can see https://flowplayer.org/i/flowplayer/adsense:serving-ads-in-flowplayer-h) but i couldn't understand what the problem means.
