The provided ad type: SIMID is not supported

Hey I'm occasionally getting the above error, as well as a more ambiguous "The provided ad type: action is not supported" error when attempting to request some ads from our server. Is there anything specific I need to do in order to support SIMID ads? I'm currently using the latest version of the iOS SDK in a native application.

Michael here from IMA SDK Team. Thank you for reaching out to us.

I do not think that there is anything specific additional steps to use SIMID tags. As you can see in our sample tags, the SIMID sample can be used directly in our VSI or any sample apps. That being said, would you be able to replicate the reported behavior using one of our sample apps? Kindly also provide the SDK version and exact SIMID Tag used in testing.
