True View endcaps problem

Hi

I noticed that sometimes endcaps are remaining on screen while next ads plays.

More details:

1. waterfall

2. first ad is true view ad with endcap

3. after first ads is complete endcap is shown for few seconds

4. next ads starts to play but endcap from first ad DOES NOT DISAPPEAR

5. it blocks second ad interactions and layout (sometimes it is only white overlay with 50% opacity and sometimes all elements of endcap ).

It is caused by this element:

<div class="videoAdUi videoAdUiInstreamUxRefresh endcap">

I think it should be hidden in some way (visibility:hidden, display:none ) after next ad is started. 

Can You check that endcaps are properly closed after adcomplete event or for sure with next ad adstart event ?

Thank you for your response and additional details. However, would you be able to share with us a sample VAST Tag url that can be used for our investigation? Asking this as testing on the shared VAST gives an error below (seems it expired as you expected):

 

Kindly also confirm if you had been able to replicate the same behavior outside our VSI platform, like on our sample apps or on your own project implementation? If so, kindly provide to us the sample project where the issue is reproducible, and indicate the SDK version used for testing. Upon submitting the requested details, we will share this to the rest of our team for further investigation.
