Test Page: http://www.refinery29.com/ooyala-player
Targeted Video: vid=BpeDV0bToBAcbws9jF8Ok4iUZcxZiOmu
When I run it in Charles Debug tool two different ad tags are being returned.
Any reason why this would be? I shouldn't have to do anything different for the pre-roll to work on my iPhone...I am using MP4 for sure...what else could be wrong?

Hello Bret,
We are transitioning from Brightcove to Ooyala.
Mobile pre-roll works from Brightcove.
But if you go to http://www.refinery29.com/ooyala-player on desktop you will see I am testing an ad.
That same ad is targeted to mobile at 100% but it is not appearing on mobile.
I made sure it’s mp4…but it still does not show.
ROS ads are serving instead of the targeted one that you see on desktop.
For some reason the vid= portion of the ad tag isn’t being pulled in on Mobile.
I have setup a master ad tag to pull in pre-roll ads from DFP.
With this tag we are able to target specific pre-roll to an ad.
We add in the video content ID which populates under embedcode.
On desktop the vid=contentID is returned but on mobile vid=contentID isn’t being passed through.
