How to become a Google Video Technology Partner?

Hi all,

I have been searching all over the place to make an application to become a video technology partner here. https://support.google.com/dfp_premium/answer/186110?hl=en

I've found Google Partner applications for Adwords, GA, Cloud etc, but haven't been able to find an application to become a Google Video Partner. I've tried reaching out through several channels but I haven't been given an answer Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
