We have received many complains from users on LG TV sets getting blank screen after selecting a content on Mewatch app.
The engineering team shared a
log of the error which is supposedly caused by skippable ads. But there is no skippable ads served to LG. Attached
is the error.
Any idea what could be causing
this issue?
Any releases to IMA SDK that could have caused this?
Previously ads have been running to LG CTV without issues.
